Your first item comes back as an Atom E3815 and this processor is still active. Specs are detailed here: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/78476/intel-atom-processor-e3815-512k-cache-1-46-ghz.html. As for datasheet, because this is an embedded product, NDA restrictions apply.

Your second item is not listed as being a valid part number insofar as ARK is concerned; you can ask about this while you set up your NDA. ;^)
