What is the TXT or TPM version of the I7 5600U processor?

In reference to your question, the TPM version of the Intel® Core™ i7-5600U processor is 1.2, as you can confirm in the datasheet page 11.

On pages 44 and 45 you will be able to verify further details about Intel® Trusted Execution Technology feature:
