      <description>&lt;P&gt;im using an i5 9400f, for core voltage &amp;amp; offset, processor core icemax, turbo boost short max &amp;amp; power max, cache voltage 'offset &amp;amp; icemax how far can I turn up everything or is it even safe to max out any settings?&amp;nbsp; idk what most of them do &amp;amp; I am new to a lot of computer knowledge. Someone please help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
