      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use intel core i9 9900k with msi geforce rtx 3090 suprim x.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And the cpu happens to have scratches on the top metal surface. That I have cleaned a several times. So I dont know if the tearing has caused any game performance issues for gta V. Fro example x-plane 11 works almost perfectly fine eccept for flow damages when I stretch over the terrain.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So what part could I need in the computer more to the really high amount of videomemory. Or is t something that the videomemory needs more to get uptained.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
