topic CPU frequency in Mobile and Desktop Processors

Hello!

I7-11700K

Asus Z590m-plus

DDR4 2x16 3200

I need a stable identical processor frequency to work, disabling the intel speed shift technology service in the BIOS does not help, often it still jumps from 0.8 to 5.0 ... how to do it? thanks!

Ask ASUS. It is their BIOS.
