      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new built computer with Intel X299 deluxe, Intel I core I9 10980 EX LGA 2066, Nvidia Quatro P 5000. When booting, it says: no display on the monitor and the&amp;nbsp; Q connector LED on the motherboard displays : &lt;EM&gt;CPU code 00&lt;/EM&gt;. I don't wait long to see what will happen. I turn it off after 1 minute or so. I don't know what&amp;nbsp; this warning means.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
