Can't install linux

I can't install linux on my core i5 10400.I have a gigabyte h510-M motherboard and 8gb 3200mhz ram.I tried both kali linux and parrot but Couldn't install.Every time I tried to install it shows hardware error cpu machins check 0 bank 6.Someone told me it’s the problem with 10th gen processor.Everything except linux are working just fine.No problem there.I only can't boot linux.Please intel solve this problem.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. Please share with us the following infromation:

Which BIOS version do you use?
Did you try booting with minimal configuration?
Does it work with Windows 10*?
If it works please share the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
