Be happy that Dell is acknowledging the issue and wants the deviced returned for repairs, which you should do.

Having a very scary experience with my CPU thermal throttling to the max for simple task... The Alienware BIOS 1.0.9 reports a critical issue with a CPU sensor but I'm completely lost as to how to fix the issue... I contacted Dell and they want me to send my machine in for repairs... This started happening after I tried to play a game of Portal in BF 2042.

Has anyone else had this issue or am did I get a lemon?
