If so, when did the issue start happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any other tunning applications installed in the system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, please download and install the Intel&lt;LI-EMOJI id="lia_registered" title=":registered:"&gt;&lt;/LI-EMOJI&gt; System Support Utility (Intel&lt;LI-EMOJI id="lia_registered" title=":registered:"&gt;&lt;/LI-EMOJI&gt; SSU):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-" target="_blank"&gt;https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. &lt;P&gt;I'm running 12 900k, and I'am unable to launch XTU, I already did what its said on the site, reinstalled multiple times, and the issue still occures. Gladly take any solution on that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
