Although Virtualization is enabled in my UEFI BIOS, the Intel Processor Identification Utility says it is not (and indeed virtualization is not working):

There are a couple of possibilities here,

Your motherboard manufacturer may have a parameter in their BIOS that says Virtualization is enabled, but they are really not enabling it at the hardware level. This is something to discuss with them.
You are testing for this capability from within a Virtual Machine (VM) and thus being told that Virtualization is disabled because the VM cannot host a VM Monitor (VMM).
You are displaying this status using an out-of-date version of the reporting tool. Try something better - like AIDA64 or HWiNFO64.

Thanks for your thoughts, Scott. I just download the tool from the Intel website, but I’ll give the other two tools a try anyway. I’ll also try the MB manufacturer, but I don’t expect much help there.

Well, I tried your suggestions, Scott, but they have not helped. I should be able to run BlueStacks 5 but cannot. Error is indicating lack of support for VM. Yet I can run BlueStacks 5 on my notebook PC. That PC has an Intel i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz.

I can only suggest that you contact the motherboard manufacturer. They have complete control over the BIOS implementation and what capabilities of the processor are enabled in the runtime environment.
