The 12th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processors have more cores and a better integrated graphics chip than the 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i9 Processors. Please refer to the following information:

Do you have any CAD software and/or processor model in specific? In that way, we can compare the specifications for the CAD software (if available) and determine what processor is best.
