      <description>&lt;P&gt;9900KF installs Win11 again and uses XTU 7.6.0.37 version,the performance and frequency are correct.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't want to test this strange frequency up and down version anymore, I don't want to let my CPU core frequency fluctuate like an ocean wave, I look forward to amore complete XTU version, and I hope intel will be brilliant again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
