IntelOverclockingSDK.dll issue

Hi,

I am using IntelOverclockingSDK develop overclocking tool and found some issue.

1. When I try to change ReferenceClock and Core Ratio, I found Core Ratio default value be set to what I set. Default value should always be the same?

2. After set the ReferenceClock setting in SDK and restart, my PC can't pass bios screen. I have to force shut down and restart.

3. After step 2, SDK said system be locked so I can't get SDK info, I have to open Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to unlcok it. Any way use SDK to unlcok system?

4. If I initialize SDK immediately when PC on. Most of value are null.

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.

Please bear in mind that Intel does not support overclocking, Intel only supports when the system runs under the processor specifications.

Sure, system should under the processor specifications. But for some reason, I am using IntelOverclockingSDK.dll programming overclocking tool and want to know more. Some details are not written in document. Do you know where I can go to get the answer about IntelOverclockingSDK ?

Honestly, I was not able to find much information about the IntelOverclockingSDK, are you talking about the http://www.intel.eu/content/www/eu/en/support/processors/processor-utilities-and-programs/000006022.html Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)?
