Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Version

I overclocked it using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Version 7.7.0.12 tool, everything went well and it passed the stability tests, I created my profile and saved it.
But every time I shut down or restarted the computer, all my configuration done in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility software it goes back to its original state.
I have to enter the program's software and always load my profile that was created previously.
My motherboard is an Asus Maximus XII Formula and my processor is an Intel Core I7 10700k.
Could you please help me with this situation.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

Is the issue present since day one?
Is there any other overclocking tool on your system?
Did you make sure you saved the profile setting?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Intel® XTU.

Uninstall the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility.
Use the Windows* 10 Apps and Features.
Search for Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility.
Click uninstall.
Open the Task Manager.
Check under Processes for XtuService.
If found, click End Task.
Install the Intel® XTU tool again: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/17881/intel-extreme-tuning-utility-intel-xtu.html
