So I Have A Laptop and its processor is intel core i3-2330M so I was asking if I could change it to this core i5 processor Intel i5-8400 and if not I would love it if you can give me all core i5 processor so I can change my processor to that and btw it is pga988 so I can change it.

My LAptop is Called - DESKTOP-BB2LC38

You cannot change your processor to any 4th gen or later processor.

Also, for ANY 2nd or 3rd gen processor update, consult the laptop manufacturer for processors supported by THEIR BIOS.

For a laptop this old, it is time to place it in the recycle bin.
