I have Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 loaded onto it. When I turn it on, it freezes at the Windows start page. I think my only option is to wipe the computer totally and load everything again, but I can't figure out which F key to press that will allow me to do this. I've Googled it, but I can't find what I'm looking for.
