      <title>Intel XTU doesnt start because drivers are not running</title>

      <description>&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;Hello there,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;I have a problem with installing Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;I installed Intel XTU and restarted my PC afterwards.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;Next, when I tried to start XTU, the following error message showed up:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;STRONG class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;Unable to start Intel Extreme Tuning Utility because the driver are not running. A reboot may be necessary if Intel Extreme Tuning Utility was just installed, otherwise download and install the latest version of Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;FONT class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;I did uninstall and install XTU a few times but to no avail.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;FONT class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;I followed the uninstall instructions from the intel support page also with no success as no processes or files related to XTU remain on my PC after uninstalling.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;FONT class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sub_section_element_selectors"&gt;I also tried to contact the support with Intel System Support Utility but the webpage gives me a connection error everytime I try to submit&amp;nbsp; the report via SSU.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
