&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b" data-language-for-alternatives="en" data-language-to-translate-into="fr" data-phrase-index="0" data-number-of-phrases="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="Q4iAWc"&gt;I tried uninstalling and reinstalling XTU but still the same problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Please follow the instructions in the link below to uninstall the tool and reinstall the latest version.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Rib, I just received an update on this matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While still working on this matter, could you please uninstall the current version and install again Intel® XTU version 7.8.0.21?&amp;nbsp;And then after that go to the folder located in C:\ProgramData\Intel\Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, and attached the .zip file for us to be able to verify it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, if by any chance, Core Isolation Memory Integrity, Hyper-V, or Virtual Machine State are active, please disable them and test the tool again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Albert R.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel Customer Support Technician&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
