Drivers for Intel Core i5-2400 to install windows

I am using Intel Core i5-2400. I was trying to upgrade to windows 10 from windows 8. I successfully upgraded to windows 10 and tried to update it. During the update, my computer turns off and now I cannot boot my computer.

Now I'm trying to install windows through USB, however I got an error that said "No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK". I tried searching for solution online and I found that I need to install the driver. I can't seem to find the relevant driver for my processor. Where can I download this?

There is no "driver" for your discontinued processor. Also, there is no intel graphics driver for your processor for windows 10. There is only the Microsoft generic graphics driver.

If you properly made your usb install stick, you should have no problem. Go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and make the usb install per the instructions. Do not use any other tool to make the usb install. And, only make the usb install on a windows machine (no mac or linux machines).

Then, do a fresh install using the usb install stick you made from the microsoft download site. Also, before the install, make sure the bios is set to UEFI.

Let me add that, if the drive to be used as the system drive has been used previously, you need have its partition table rewritten in the UEFI GPT format.
To accomplish this, when you get to the Windows installation scene where you pick the location to install Windows, you must manually delete all partitions on the drive. Next, select the unused/free space entry for the drive and tell the installer to proceed. This will rewrite the partition table and also select the optimal partition sizes for the drive.
