Intel Factory Testing Used Processors

I have an Intel i7 5930K processor that I suspect is bad. Either that or the L-2011 socket. Is it possible to send the processor to Intel to have it tested?

I'm sorry Intel does not have repair or testing services for the processors, in this case, what is the issue that you have that makes you think the processor is bad?

What troubleshooting have you done so far to determine the processor is the culprit in your system?

Would you please provide us with more detailed information about the issue you get and your system configuration?
