I presume you mean the Xeon D-1559? You can find the processor's datasheets here: Technical Resources for Intel Xeon Processors. Scroll down to the section for the Xeon D family and then click on the ('˅') down arrow (below the links for Product Briefs) to see the links for the four datasheet volumes (etc.).
