Mechanical Drawing for dimension between PCB et DIE

I look for mechanical drawings for i3-1115G4E but i do not find anything.

I would to get minimum and maximum dimensions between top of the pcb and top of de DIE?

Could you help me to get the documentation please or technical drawing
