&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Even most benchmarking software is not able to get 100% CPU utilization at all times, but XTU somehow does.&lt;BR /&gt;If you did not install it, i suggest you do.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;U&gt;The Memory stress test is somehow the most extreme there.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, even if CPU utilization drops for a sec, that is nothing really unusual.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>i5 13600k frequancy drops</title>

      <description>&lt;P data-xf-p="1"&gt;hello, i have intel i5 13600k with msi bazooka b660m&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-xf-p="1"&gt;after i change liquid cooler from 240mm to cooler master 360mm i get alot of cpu drops (from 100% usage to 70% for just second) Although my temperature is not high&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-xf-p="1"&gt;also in 2nd picture power draw is low&lt;/P&gt;
