Window 10 Optional Intel Updates vs Intel DSA

Hi,

I have a ton of Intel items in my Windows 10 optional updates. I had to expand the window onto 3 screens to get this screenshot so hopefully it can be viewed ok. Attached here is a drive link just in case the upload is not good.

I ran the Intel DSA and it found nothing I needed.

My system is running great. And I would typically ignore the suggestions.

However I am about to make some changes and wondering if any of these updates might be needed for my situation.

First of all, this is an older platform. X79- LGA 2011 with a 3930K. I am On Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

I attempted to run a NVMe in a PCIe slot a few months ago using a modified bios to allow NVMe (since NVMe was not a thing as of the last official bios update for my board). It was kinda of quirky and I finally aborted it.

I am going to try again and wondering if any of these optional updates might help ?
