Hi, as tittle says: anyone knows if intel core i5 3240 CPU @ 2.80 GHz HD Graphics 1.65 GHz exist? because one person is selling it in one facebook page of buy/sell things but i was looking information about this intel core i5 3240 in google but i dont find nothing, only find about i3 3240 instead i5 3240 so my doubt is: is true intel core i5 3240 exist or he is lieing? and if he is lieing, how can he can change the System Properties of the laptop and show it?

Also what is the meaning of the part "HD Graphics 1.65 GHz" ??

In regard to your inquiry, the i5-3240 does not exists, so it seems to be a type on the web site, as you can confirm on the following link:

Also, the "HD Graphics 1.65 GHz" most of the times it is related Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency, as you can see in the link above for that processor is actually is 1.05 GHz, so that is a mistake.

About the question of changing the properties on the laptop, the best thing to do will be to verify that with the manufacturer of the laptop, since they build they should be able to provide those details, since they build it.

Dear Alberto, ty for support me with my doubts and i have a new doubt. now, we know that kind of laptop doesnt exist but how System Properties shows "intel core i5 3240 CPU @ 2.80 GHz HD Graphics 1.65 GHz" when it doesnt exist? (click the link for see the photo) ??

Yes, I saw the picture before, not sure if there is a setting on the laptop to change that, to verify that the best thing to do will be to check with the manufacturer of the laptop.

Also, just to confirm the information of the processor, because Windows might be detecting the wrong model, we can run the Intel® Processor Identification Utility in order to make sure what is the model of it:
