Hello I try to upgrade my Intel® Core™ i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz and enable TPM 2.0 my equipment es 2018 and I looking for upgrade, to windows 11

Not possible. Your processor is not supported by Windows 11, and I have not seen a TPM 2.0 module that will work on those motherboards.

And, if you want to upgrade your hardware to something that is supported, start with an 11th gen processor or greater.
