topic Audio in Mobile and Desktop Processors

I have an Alienware Laptop, not sure if I did something or not, but the sound will go out, a red X through speaker icon after I pause a video and will surf the web I come back to video and nothing. Will update driver, restart, then it will show Realtek Audio and it will work, but will again do an X and then there is no Realtek audio in Device manager. Only High Def Audio driver and NVIDIA audio driver and both say working properly. I have done the updates and sometimes it works sometimes it don't.

Contact Dell and/or Realtek for your audio issues.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
