Just bought a new PC and Installed a fresh new windows 10, can't find the brightness slider bar, so I check the Device Manager and this is what I saw

You should get rid of the yellow bangs if you install the "Intel chipset driver" from

https://www.asus.com/us/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-h610m-e-d4/helpdesk_download/?model2Name=PRIME-H610M-E-D4

There seems to be a bug in Windows update catalog, hence no automatic installation

Try the newest SATA driver from ASUS support.
