Hola tengo el siguiente problema mi procesador comenzó con altas temperaturas de 1 momento a otro realize cambio de pasta termica y seguí igual , cambie la refrigeración líquida pensando que era eso y persistía aun las altas temperatura , nisiquiera jugando solo en modo escritorio , luego puse el cooler stock el cual era nuevo y nada seguí con temperaturas muy altas y se corta , puse otro procesador un i3 10100f para descartar que fuera placa y este funciona sin ningún problema , favor ayuda alguien a podido reparar esto.

Muchas gracias por la intención de ayudarme, responderé las preguntas que me has realizado .
El procesador se caliente apenas enciendo el computador, nisiquiera realizó tareas y esta con procesos que agan que la temperatura sean altas.
El problema comenzó hace 3 meses aproximado lo guarde y lo he probado de vez en cuando
Los programas que utilizo son Hwmonitor , Core Temp.
He leído sobre el problema y me da la impresión que la placa del procesador que se une al los nucleos se soltó, por consecuencia hace que aya 1 espacio y por eso aumenta la temperatura de algunos nucleos 3 y 4.
Ayer me percate al entrar a la página de Intel y poner los números de serie de la caja del procesador que aún cuenta con garantía vigente.
