    <description>&lt;P&gt;The first two are likely the same but the third is a tray processor with no cooling solution included. Tray processors are for OEMs building large numbers of systems. They often dump them in the gray market to get rid of leftovers. Worse, they often dump used processors this way as well. The major issue is that the warranty from Intel is for the initial customer (i.e., the OEM) &lt;U&gt;only&lt;/U&gt; and thus the processor comes to you with no warranty from Intel whatsoever. It is cheaper, but you take the chance of it being used and/or failing with no recourse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...S&lt;/P&gt;</description>
