Hi, thanks for the quick comment.

1. Intel Customer Improvement Program - I have deleted the program.

2. processor heatsink - I have used a vacuum to suck the dust(while computer is off).

3. i think 3 beeps, not a quick pattern.

4. i haven't touch memory at all.

5. Windows 10 Pro - build 19045

6. i7-4770S

7.

Hello,

In the last week, my computer starts to freeze and make noise.

I have restarted it, and then it beeps.

My mb is dh87rl, and the error i found in the event view, is

"A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Intel(R) SUR QC Software Asset Manager service to connect."

what can i do?

The first thing I would do is to uninstall the Intel Customer Improvement Program.

Then, I would re-apply the thermal paste on the processor heatsink, making sure the heat sink is clean.

How many beeps/pattern are you getting?

Have you reseated your memory and/or tried using one memory module at a time?

What OS/build are you running?

What is your processor model number?

What bios do you have installed?

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

3 beeps indicates a memory problem.

It may also be a problem with the power supply.

The link is for you to update your bios. However, since it may be a problem with the power supply, I would not update the bios until you are certain that the power supply and memory are known good.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

Actually, if the power is being cut suddenly, the most common reason is the processor thermtripping (i.e., severely overheating). Are you monitoring temperatures? Run something like CoreTemp (ok), HWiNFO64 (better) or AIDA64 (IMHO best) and watch the processor temperatures.
Al was correct the first time telling you to change the TIM (heatsink paste) between the processor and heatsink. You have a computer that is close to 10 years old and the TIM can dry out and lose its effectiveness. The only solution is replacement.
Hope this helps,
...S
