I want to use a i51135G7 in a mobile aplition, but i only find the Tiger Lake-H (for desktop aplications) ball out and pin definitions. The Tiger Lake-U Ballout can be found in somewhere?

Tanks for your answer, but I want the thecnical informations before choosing the processor, or can the distribuitors give me this specs and dimensios? I only need a ball out and mecanichal charecteristics for Tiger Lake (45.5x25 package).
