Which processors should i choose between these two?

Someone pls help me with this should I buy the i7-13700F or i7-13700k for 1080p high gaming and 3D modelling (paired with RTX 3060ti) I have heard from some users about the heating issues from 13700k so should I go with 13700f? And is a 650w power supply enough for the GPU and CPU?? Thanks

I am gonna use cooler master Ml360 Illusion (cpu cooler)

Please be aware that we cannot recommend you to buy an specific model since it should be your decision, however, take in mind that F processors don't have integrated graphics. You can check here a Comparison between the models you mentioned, so you can choose depending on your processor requirements for the tasks you need it (3D modeling or games requirements).
