While I was trying to install Windows 10 on my computer via USB, I came across a message saying "No driver found" in the driver (HDD) search section. My computer is quite old, I don't know what generation the graphics card is, how can I find out and where can I download the driver suitable for this installation?

Hello Emir,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you are having issues installing Windows 10.

To have a better view of this issue, I would like to confirm the following:

1. Is your computer able to boot and access to Windows?

2. Were you able to install Windows? Or, the error did not let you?

3. If you are able to access Windows, run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html

Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

Regards,

Deivid A.

Intel Customer Support Technician
