J1900 CPU can't enable TPM.

Hi There,

I got a symptom that TPM cannot enable cause I can't use the system Bit lock.
And I have checked other J1900 CPUs found "date code 2222" TPM and Bit lock is workable.
"date code 2223" cannot use TPM and Bit lock.

Has someone met the same issue?

here is my system configure:

RC =00.05.00.00 , TXE = 01.00.04.1089
IBV AMI
MCU:M0F3067990A
