For the benchmarks subject, you can find information about a processor's generation performance findings on the Intel Resource & Documentation Center, like this example (12th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor). Nonetheless, please be aware that there is no single or industry-mandated measure of the performance of a computer system or its constituent parts, and different uses of the product can impact performance. You can check more information about benchmarks here: Benchmarks and Measurements.

For any improvements, news, and events information, you can search and visit the Intel Newsroom, where you can search for related news about a processor's generation and so on, like this example: 12th Gen Intel Core.
