Hey Intel support.

I have Intel i7-2800hx with locked multiplier from the manufacture, please see the picture.

Please be careful! I don't need to overclock or under-voltage, I just need to underclock the multiplier using Intel XTU for full control of each core, except it is grayed out.

I can already underclock my CPU using power option > processor power management > maximum processor state, please see the picture

Except using this method, it will under clock all the core (p and e). I need to control each and every core separately.

Please allow to under clock CPU using XTU even if it locked for overclocking.

it is 12800hx, I missed the 1

it is obvious as I have 8 p-cores and 8 e-cores
