vorrei sapere qual'e' la frequenza max ddr5 che puo' supportare i7 14700k senza fare oc cpu

You should also be concerned with what the motherboard supports for memory speed.

However, as Mr. Alhill mentioned, you need to check that the motherboard supports this memory speed without overclocking the system, not only the processor.

We recommend you contact your System Manufacturer to make sure the motherboard handles DDR5 5600 MT/s since it seems it supports these frequencies when overclocking (OC) is done, as per the Gigabyte website.

Regarding what memory to use, please be aware that we cannot recommend a specific memory model or vendor, although we suggest you check that the RAM is compatible and supported by your motherboard model

Also, referring to the post above, the processor should work fine with a memory speed to a maximum of DDR5 5600 MT/s or lower frequencies as specified in its specifications.

However, keep in mind that altering clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components and may reduce system stability and performance. If the processor is used outside of its specifications, the manufacturer's warranty may be voided. Also, the memory controller is internal to the processor. When an XMP profile is used, the frequencies and possibly the voltages within the CPU are changed. If the processor is used outside of its specifications or used within memory speeds not supported by the CPU, the manufacturer's warranty may be voided.
