Riadul, You are very welcome. Thank you very much for providing that information.

For this scenario, it is important to mention that altering clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components, and may reduce system stability and performance. Based on that, we do not recommend to undervolt the processor, to use the system at stock configurations with the default BIOS settings is the best way to extend the lifespan of the unit to the maximum.

The T-junction of the Intel® 14700KF processor is 100°C, any temperature result lower or equal to that value is considered normal and expected for this unit:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/236789/intel-core-i7-processor-14700kf-33m-cache-up-to-5-60-ghz.html

To rule out a possible hardware issue with the processor, please install and run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. It does an overall test on the unit and if it passes the test it means it is working properly:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15951/intel-processor-diagnostic-tool.html?wapkw=intel%20processor%20diagnostic%20tool

In order to make sure if the processor is actually getting overheated, please verify the details in this link about "Overheating Symptoms and Troubleshooting for Intel® Boxed Processors":

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005791/processors/intel-core-processors.html

We also recommend to get in contact with MSI Support directly to confirm that the latest BIOS version is currently installed on your machine or, if necessary, to gather the instructions on how to update it:
https://www.msi.com/support

Once you get the chance, please let us know the results of the Intel® PDT test.

Regards,

Albert R.

Riadul, Thank you very much for sharing those files.

Perfect, it is great to see that the processor passed the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool test, which means it is working properly and there is no hardware issue with the unit.

Based on the SSU report, everything, all the components, are properly installed and properly recognized by the system.

So, in reference to your question, if you are not noticing any of the symptoms described in the link provided previously, "Overheating Symptoms and Troubleshooting for Intel® Boxed Processors", then there is no need to do any changes, your computer is working fine and the only thing we would recommend, from our side, will be to use the system at stock configurations with the default BIOS settings.

Any other inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us again.

Regards,

Albert R.

Intel Customer Support Technician
