High cpu temprature undervolting issue

Will undervolting my CPU to reduce heat and increase CPU lifespan void my warranty?

Important Note:

I am a bit concerned about my CPU's heat and would like to extend its lifespan. I want to ensure that my CPU temperature does not exceed 80°C, even when under 100% load. If undervolting is not covered by your warranty policy, please provide a list of coolers that can help me achieve this goal. and please keep in mind i don't want to overclock, i only concern my overheat.

Please give me the solution, thanxx in advance

Temp 100% load : 97-98 C

Temp when gaming : 70-80 C

My PC Spec Details:

Processor: Intel Core i7-14700KF

Is this a new computer?

Did you build it?

Was it working fine before without showing the behavior you are describing?

If yes, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

@Alberto_R_Intel Thank you for your reply,

i ) yes this is new build pc, i have bought it from Startech, dhaka, bangladesh.

ii ) The temp issue come from begening when building it, and the startech don't give me the solution, they told me this temp is ok.

but actually i am worried my cpu lifespan, my old pc is intel i3 8100, i have used it 5 years and it is running and good condition, so i want my new pc will run many years with best condition.

iii ) I have checked many times but this is my final temprature output

Temp 97-98 C when cpu load 100% (Strees test)

Temp when gaming : 70-80 C (Max 80 but 70+ is avg when playing few games like fifa 23, battlefield 5, last of us etc)

I will send you the SSU report soon, so don't close the topic

my main goal is i want to use my cpu 100% with safe temp, thanx.

For this scenario, it is important to mention that altering clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components, and may reduce system stability and performance. Based on that, we do not recommend to undervolt the processor, to use the system at stock configurations with the default BIOS settings is the best way to extend the lifespan of the unit to the maximum.

The T-junction of the Intel® 14700KF processor is 100°C, any temperature result lower or equal to that value is considered normal and expected for this unit:

To rule out a possible hardware issue with the processor, please install and run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. It does an overall test on the unit and if it passes the test it means it is working properly:

Perfect, it is great to see that the processor passed the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool test, which means it is working properly and there is no hardware issue with the unit.

Based on the SSU report, everything, all the components, are properly installed and properly recognized by the system.

So, in reference to your question, if you are not noticing any of the symptoms described in the link provided previously, "Overheating Symptoms and Troubleshooting for Intel® Boxed Processors", then there is no need to do any changes, your computer is working fine and the only thing we would recommend, from our side, will be to use the system at stock configurations with the default BIOS settings.
