Is there an upgrade available for the Intel Core i3-4130 3.40GHz CPU Processor? I believe the socket type is LGA1150.

To determine if your processor can be upgraded, you will need to consult with your system/motherboard manufacturer to determine if THEIR bios supports other processors. Then, you may be able to select one of those.

Sorry, but we have no idea of the processors supported by the DELL bios. Maybe yopu can get some assistance on the dell forum.
