14900k temperature spikes

Hello, i have a i9 14900k cpu and i have these temperature spikes randomly in windows 11.The cpu runs idle in windows 11 at 37/47 degree celsius and than suddenly when i open a program like Youtube or steam the temperature goes to 53 / 63 even 77 degree celsius from around 40 degree.And the fans imediatly begin cooling making a loud noise for a few seconds.

What can be wrong with these spikes and wha may be the cause of them ?

Why is no linear increase in temperature like at my GPU who is more constant ?

Also after some time in game my cpu temperatures looks like in the photo.

Cooler: Corsair icue h150i elite chappelix xt.

We understand your concern about the temperature spikes using your Intel® Core™ i9-14900K Processor, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Please keep in mind that when the system is idle, the temperature of the processor is not as high as when the system is running a workload. Having temperature spikes or having high or maximum temperatures (100°C) while running a workload—such as games—isn't necessarily cause for concern. Intel processors constantly monitor their temperature and can rapidly adjust their frequency and power consumption to prevent overheating and damage.

However, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

Then, please generate and attach the report from Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool.

Hello thanks for the answer .

First of all i did this setting (picture) in the BIOS af Asus motherboard and the spikes now are still there but on low temperature.

I would also appreciate your oppinion if you coud help me with some settings of the motherboard who may possibly cause this spikes.
