Hello , newbiew here , having HP G9 250 LAPTOP till recently everything was running fine then since some recent time having starting to have a glitches and massive cpu drop outs
below base speed (1.20) and being still on 0.39/03.8 GHz , running ableton live 11 and cubase elements 12 also and having these awful issues , i have live perfomance soon and it's pretty annoying .

any kind of help please .

i hope all these specifications will help you to resolve issues , i just want stable perfomance nothing else , Windows is setted to maximum perfomance

Yes it is new computer bought it in April 2023

Yes i upgrade nvme to samsung evo 970 plus (cloned previous nvme disk to this one) and added 8 gb (HP) ...
i tried also to "tweak" with yours Extreme Tunning Utility but hands are tied since it's bios/cpu is locked for any kind of tweaks except something like power boost short and 2 sliders (i attached picture)

Regarding the Intel® XTU, you are correct, the Intel® Core™ i3-1215U processor is not supported by the tool, so there could be misreadings in the picture you shared as well:

In order to rule out a possible hardware issue with the processor, please install and run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. It does an overall test on the unit and if it passes the test it means it is working properly. Once you get the chance, please provide the results of the test:

i will bring it to service where i bought laptop , but i know will be no results ... except to offer something interesting or to grease/lub coolers or even replace thermal paste ... regarding HP , their customer support is , oh boy ...

Perfect, it is great to see that the processor passed the test. Which means the unit should be fine and working properly since there were no hardware issues encountered.

And yes, the best option at this point for this scenario, being a laptop, is to either take it to the place of purchase for support/warranty purposes or to get in contact directly with HP Support to report this situation. They did the integration of all the parts and this behavior could be related to a different component like HDD, memory RAM, or even the motherboard itself. They also supply the warranty for all the components, they might be able to reproduce the issue using the same exact machine you are working with, provide a fix for it, do a physical inspection of the computer if needed, suggest further troubleshooting steps or technical assistance and ultimately, if necessary, to replace the laptop under their warranty policies in order to resolve this problem:

Hello Albert , thanks for your help , i should report that i found the issue , it's intel smart sound technology and following programs also integrated realtek how much i uninstall and disabling it's keep coming back since it's only integrated device that i cant disable in bios i can conclude it's the issue of whole problem , if you can inform your programmers to slighly reprogram drives and behaviour of it to not takeovering control over my focusrite 8I6 3rd generation USB audio interface will be nice (also have few more connected audio interface and they worked together without any problems) .
