Hello,

I have been having blue screens after a sudden freeze of the computer for 3 weeks.

I remember to install VirtualBox, then installing VMWare, and finally enabled Windows Hyper-V.

Sometime around then problems started.

Then I realized I wont use Hyper-V and disabled. Also uninstalled VMWare.

I tested with and without VirtualBox installed but no differences found, blue screens were happening regardless of that.

Then I bought and installed new RAM, but problem persists.

I checked my ram (from Windows recovery options).

I checked my C drive (chkdsk).

I reinstalled Windows files (fomr Windows recovery options).

I noticed it only happen when virtualization is enabled in BIOS.

I got mini dumps.

In the beggining errors were related with someking of virtualbox stuff, then with Windows gameinput service and now I see some Kernel-Power or BugCheck issues in the Windows system event viewer.

I got:

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
10.0.19045 N/D Compilation 19045

My PC hardware:

Intel Core i5 2400 3.1Ghz Box Socket 1155

ASUS P8P67-M

MSI GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 LP OC

Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4x2GB CL9

but RAM changed to:

V7K128001 DDR3 2x8GB BUS 1600 V7 CL11

I attach my minidump (compressed).

Any help would be really appreciated.

Your processor is 12-years-old, and is discontinued and no longer supported.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
