Windows Update Intel System update installed twice?

Intel(R) Corporation - System - 10.29.0.9947 was available as an update in Windows Update twice, so I pressed download and install and it installed twice looking at reliability history. Will that affect the functionality of my Windows 11 device? Device Manager shows everything is fine with no exclamation marks.

Thank you for that information. What about it having installed twice, will that cause any difficulties or will it have just overwritten the previous version or could there have been two versions? Basically, do I need to be concerned about the two entries in reliability history? Thanks.
