We would be more than glad to help you regarding the XTU.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To better assist you, I would like to know, if have you tried to remove and install the INTEL XTU and delete all Intel XTU folders before upgrading to the latest Intel® XTU version. Could it be something on my end which isnt working properly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luckily for me I still had the install for the older version because it would of been awkward for me&lt;/P&gt;</description>
