Downloading elf process failed

Hi,

I am working on Cyclone 10GX NIOS II FPGA(10CX105YF672I5G) board, with the Quartus version 19.4 & NIOS II software build tools for Eclipse 8.8.1. I have successfully flashed the sof into the fpga.

But, when I flash any code generated with sopcinfo into NIOS through eclipse IDE, I am getting "Downloading elf process failed" error. I have attached the error image. Also probed & verified the clock & reset lines for the corresponding FPGA & it was correct.

I have also attached the signaltap image. Can anyone help me to decode the read data.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
