      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, do not be afraid to release the CAPS LOCK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, update your bios,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, make sure your cooling system is properly installed,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, make sure all of your fans are working, and the PC has adequate ventilation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)&lt;BR /&gt;[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is to ensure that the system runs smoothly and without any issues on RAMs.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you checked the power supply?
