Hello, recently i've started playing FACEIT on CS2, and after a match or two, while playing, the PC completly shuts down, no BSOD no error, nothing and then when i start it up it asks me to load default optimised BIOS settings, even thought i tested it with default settings, XMP on or off, tried everything, do i have a faulty CPU? Why only while playing FACEIT? The cpu is a month+ old... i'm afraid i won't be able to return it if it's the CPUs problem

I’ve checked some forums and it seems you need to contact faceit because they suggested some settings and troubleshooting steps for this matter. For reference, you can check this link: https://support.faceit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014237399-Troubleshooting-when-your-game-does-not-start

If you want to check if your processor is fine, you can run the cpu diagnostic following this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005567/processors.html

You can also check this article for additional troubleshooting: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000028063/processors/intel-core-processors.html
