Does anyone know how to get attention on a case? I submitted a case for what appears to be a defective CPU, 2.5 days ago. I responded to the email I got when I submitted (I responded yesterday), trying to get attention. It is a 14900k CPU and I’m down until I get help. If anyone from support is watching, this is my case number: #:06147927. Anyone know how long it takes to hear back? Is there a number to call?
