Core Voltage Offset Suddenly Greyed Out

Hi!

I have a profile under the Intel Extreme Tuning utility where I undervolted the CPU to -045. Yesterday I was using this profile without a problem. Today, however, the Core Voltage Offset option is greyed out and when I try to load the profile nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I want to understand what happened just as much as you do, to confirm what could be the source of the issue, I will need to check the following:

1. What is the brand and model of your processor?

2. What is the brand and model of your motherboard?

3. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?

4. What is the BIOS version installed?

5. Have you performed any hardware or software changes recently?

I am having the same issue - even with Default BIOS.

1. What is the brand and model of your processor? 14900K

2. What is the brand and model of your motherboard? ASUS Apex Encore Z790

3. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build? Windows 11 Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631

4. What is the BIOS version installed? BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 0080, 12/15/2023

5. Have you performed any hardware or software changes recently? I have never seen it NOT greyed out. So no changes.
